Physicians Endoscopy, L.L.C. (PE) is a healthcare services company that was formed in July 1998 with the goal of raising the level of patient care and physician satisfaction through the development and management of freestanding, single-specialty, ambulatory surgery centers. We saw the opportunity to give physicians more autonomy and control over their work environment, while increasing their profitability and patient care standards. Our unique partnership model coupled with our breadth of in-house specialty services has allowed us the privilege of acquiring, developing and managing surgery centers across the United States. Each of our centers give a glimpse into the future of healthcare delivery – efficient, profitable, high-quality patient care that eliminates the bureaucracy and serves both the physician and patient.
 
Our philosophy is to be the Physicians Advocate, putting the doctors at the forefront of our planning. By listening diligently to your wants, needs and desires for creating a freestanding surgery center, we customize our planning and business model to fit the individuals involved, rather than applying a cookie-cutter system to a situation that may require more thought and creativity. 

In certain scenarios, we also seek out alternative solutions, such as facilitating partnerships with hospitals in opening an ASC, a highly successful model that continues to grow. While managing a third, or even fourth party, in the development of a center, PE’s expertise in this area makes us uniquely capable of facilitating a viable partnership with a hospital, while still faithfully representing our doctor’s wants and needs during the negotiation process.
 
Our strategic plan is to go against conventional industry norms by delivering a level and quality of ongoing, unmatched service to our partnered facilities. Whether it be working directly with physicians or helping them partner with their hospitals, we prove ourselves to be forthright, reliable and communicative in all aspects of development, from concept to completion, continually exceeding the most ambitious expectations and promises.
